Comment: Bobby G did an unbelievable job restoring our wood floors. There was a lot of wax Build up from a product that had been used on the floor . He spent a lot of time and the floor looks like the day they were installed. We are very satisfied customer...Thank you Bobby!

Comment: Attention to small details go a long way. You should consider equipping your technicians with hand vacuums to clean up the residual debris from the duct cleaning process. I spent 30 to 45 minutes wiping down the kitchen counter, dusting furniture and vacuuming the carpet for good measure. It made me wonder if there was something faulty with the equipment used.

Comment: Our tech is great and very knowledgeable about flooring! This is the same tech we have had for several years now on our annual fall cleaning prior to our community Fire Department Open House each October. We actually have been playing catch-up with our ceramic tile flooring in that we hadn't started to have it professionally cleaned until 18 months ago! And our tech suggested a good action plan of cleaning them every 6 months for about three times, which we have now accomplished, to bring them back up to par! :) They tiles look almost fantastic and now we will keep up with them annually just like our carpeted areas. We appreciate the flexibility you all can offer to us, being a working fire station & administrative offices combo...it's not the average "office". Thanks again & see y'all next September!

I would like to express my extreme appreciation for the customer service that Dalworth Clean has extended to me on behalf of my daughter. Unlike Spring cleaning, the need to get a home ready for a love one to return home to after a very life-threatening surgery can get very stressful. The uncertainty of the hospital release and all that must be done before hand, one needs to be able to hear someone say, NO PROBLEM, when do you need us? I got exactly that from Dalworth Clean, Director of Sales, Rick Maloney. Rick was very understanding and made sure that he sent out a two-man crew with great review scores. Jay and Neil were very respectable and provided excellent customer service. They walked us through all that they were doing and eased our minds on how clean the carpets will be after they are done. The service rendered by Dalworth Clean had taken such a load of all that we needed to do. I strongly recommend Dalworth Clean for their excellent Customer Service, for the superb job that Jay and Neil did on the carpets and most of all for the respect and understanding that was rendered to us during this stressful time.
