Comment: The technicians were very nice and professional. They cleaned the tile and grout in 4 areas. The only problem I had is that they chipped the paint off on the baseboard in 2 of the bathrooms. I was disappointed because I thought the cost was too high and now I have to get a painter out to fix this. A supervisor did come out and look at it and offered me compensation or a credit certificate. I did appreciate the quick response it’s more theprincipal of it. I paid over $800 for a service that I now have to clean up

Comment: Dwain and his team did a great job and we could not be more pleased. We assume ? the carpets took 4-8 hours to dry but we were closed all weekend. They were dry, looked good and smelled good when we arrived this morning to work. Thanks again!

Comment: I so appreciated that i was not asked to deodorize my carpet, sign a contract for multiple cleaning, try to clean my tile or furniture or rugs. He came and cleaned what was requested. Other companies always try to sell me something I don't want or need. I will ask you to clean the other things when I think they need it. For this reason alone, I will use Dalworth again.

Comment: I am very happy with the work that Glenn Mageno and Ede performed on Thursday. Glenn always does a great job also Ede. My rugs look like new even though they are old.. The rugs dried within a day but that was because it was so humid. Thank you Dalworth!!!!

Comment: Made our carpets and tile look clean and great although couldn’t get all the spots out which is frustrating for $1200. Some spots are right when you walk into a room so it’ catches your eye and with selling a house that is a bad thing. But Brian was nice and knowledgeable.
