Comment: I was not home when the technician arrived but my mom was. She raved about how great and thorough the technician was. When we got home we were so happy with how clean everything was. Not only have I already recommended dalworth but I am sad I didn’t have him clean our upholstered rocking chair because our couch looked so good (next time ??).

Comment: My tech was Jose and he was very well informed and competent. He was right on time. I'm not 100% sure the carpet cleaning got my carpet as clean it should have, I think I still see spots, but it is an improvement.

Comment: I would have been happy if it would have worked but as soon as the carpet dried the stains came right back. My dad ended up cleaning the carpet and getting the stains out.

Comment: I asked for a lower price and got it but that cut away some of the service items and I didn't like that too well. The tech just wasn't as good as the tech that usually comes out so I will be sure to ask for a different tech or the one that I have used in the past next time.

Comment: I was happy with everything except the hallway. I felt the hallway was more shiny in parts and dull in parts and I wanted this to be uniformed. I have already rescheduled for the technician to come back out.

Comment: We were promised the technician would arrive between 3 and 5 pm. He did not arrive until almost 6 pm. We have a memorial service today (the day after the cleaning) for the loss of a family member, with so many people coming to visit our home. We had no choice but to wait for your staff. We were supposed to be at a related event at 6:30 pm which is why the 3-5 timeframe was so critical.

Comment: The man was beyond expectations! He was exceptional, and his work was exceptional. I would call him back to do the work again, even if the carpets were not really dirty!
