Comment: Our technician was personable and friendly. He was thorough. The best technician from Dalwarth we have had yet. Our previous two times we ad the same technician. He was odd and closed off. Not unfriendly, not friendly, just closed off. We noticed having bad headaches the days following the cleaning, when in the carpeted rooms.

Comment: My main disappointment was communicating with the phone representative and the timing of when my technician was arriving. Would have been nice to communicate directly with the technician because he arrived 3 hours after he was scheduled. He was scheduled from 1 to 3 and showed up around 6 I believe.

Comment: Technician did a good job, but then dumped the lint and dirt on the front curb and street in front of my house. I was cleaning the carpet because company was coming. I had to clean up after he left. I have never had a technician leave such a mess
