Comment: The older man was courteous and professional. He was great. Unfortunately, the younger guy was not. He cussed the entire time and called my daughter sexy, making her feel very uncomfortable. He needs to be told that’s not okay. We will continue to use Dalworth because the cleaning is excellent. Thanks for your time.

Comment: The technicians did a great job, but I thought they could have used a little bit more concern with the hardwood floors. There was no damage and they cleaned the mess up but just for coaching purposes they need to be a little more careful.

Comment: One thing is we were supposed to receive (and pay for) new vent covers the following Monday, but they never came. Called Tuesday and someone was supposed to call me back, but they never did. Called again Wednesday and also supposed to receive a call back once they research it.
