Comment: Now that everything is dry, there are still some stains that I am very surprised did not come out. I did not watch the process but perhaps enough time was not taken on treating spots???? The agreement says I have 10 days to be totally satisfied. Comment: Technicians did a really great job on my recliners. They explained the steps of the process. They went above and beyond by helping my son and I get my husband up and in a chair after he fell in the garage. they deserve a bonus for that assistance. They did leave their orange cones behind in the driveway, they are on the front porch if they want to swing by and pick them up.

Comment: Jenny is one reason I chose to use your service versus another. She was very polite and helpful. I also had had a friend recommend you, Most of the crew were truly outstanding. Dom, Bobby, and Hector were well groomed, polite and efficient and obviously well trained. They took their time and were very careful. As far as I could tell, so was the additional team that came in the afternoon. All were pleasant and courteous. My one concern was that I saw the condition of the equipment they used: it was old, taped together, and the wiring was about shot: that is a safety hazard . I was very appreciative of your sending one back very promptly yesterday when I discovered one of the AC units was off. ( there is a tricky kill switch)

Comment: Initially when I placed the order, I requested for carpet clean plus tile. But the technician came unequipped to do tile. So tile had to be done at another time (a week later) - this caused inconvenience.

Comment: Carpet that was “scotch-guarded” needed closer to 48 hours. Technicians should start with more styrofoam blocks.

Comment: I only use Dalworth to clean our carpet. I was confused as to the use of the fans. The technician told me they were not figured in the plan, so I called and the rep told me they were not included. I have always had the drying fans in every trip that Dalworth has made. The rep told me I could have it done for 15.00 extra, so I paid the fee. I have never had this occur that I can remember and we have always had fans to dry. The job was done very good, but it was a little bit more saturated than usual. I would not think of using anyone other than Dalworth. The second question was late arrival. They were not late, but an hour early. Thanks Richard Davis
