Comment: It was my couch cushions that took that long to dry. My technician said it would only be a few hours. The couches I had cleaned had not been cleaned before, and were very dirty. The tech did a good job on them and I was very pleased. I had arranged for two dining room chairs to be cleaned. I forgot to show these to the technician, and apparently he didn’t refer to it on his order, so they were not done. I was disappointed. The tech was friendly and professional. I would use him again, and would recommend him.

Comment: Kris Barrett was excellent in character,dress, workmanship, polite and very considerate. If all of your representatives were like Kris you would not have any problems. You are exceedingly expensive. For retired folks on fixed income (most SS) it is very steep. He cleaned all tile and painted the groute. Kris was on time. We have had our carpets cleaned before. The first time was excellent. The second time the tech left the carpets so wet we could not walk on them for several days. Your service and work depends on good techs . . .. if they are bad your company is bad. If they are good your company is good!!

Comment: This is the second time I have used Dalworth for carpet stretching. Both times Jose Munoz did the work and I would request him for anything. He's terrific. The phone service is the best of any company I have dealt with in a long time. Easy to communicate with, helpful, knowledgeable. Before he left, Jose explained other services offered by Dalworth should we need them. The whole company seems to work together which is not always the case with service vendors. We are very happy with the results.

Comment: Jay Gonzalez and Neil Moberly were really exceptional young men who went out of there way to get my carpets clean. They were early which was great and worked really hard. I have used Blackmon Mooring for over 35 years until they stopped cleaning carpets. I have had many men out here. These two men were the best of all of them.

Comment: I really don't know how long it took to dry. I stayed off of it until the next morning. And I don't know how to rate the price as I don't have any history to compare prices with. But the person who performed the services was efficient, cordial and business like. I would for sure use him again. Ben West

Comment: The technician was excellent and once he started working with the machine, had our hall and the soap spill cleaned up in about 15 minutes. We really appreciate the very quick reaction we received from Dalworth because the phone representative moved heaven and earth to get the technician out to us within 45 minutes. Really excellent. We only wish Dalworth could also clean draperies that are not hanging by picking them up and delivering them...

Comment: Dominick was great and as well as the gentleman with him. Very courtesy, professional and kept me informed of what they were doing and how best to address the issue in the future. They cleaned up and were on their way in a very timely manner. The guys did an awesome job.

Comment: I would clarify for online customers that when you upgrade the service to include fans for drying that the fans are only at your house while the technician is still at the house. So that really isn't that long. It helped that most of the rooms we had cleaned have ceiling fans, but it did take more time to dry than we were led to believe.

Comment: Our Tech, Anthony, did a very professional job. We have had carpets cleaned for years. He is the very best we have ever had. We always have our carpets cleaned every six months, regardless.
