Comment: It wasn’t actually carpet cleaning g. It was upholster cleaning. Dried after about 6- hrs Side note, lady who I talked to on the phone was excellent. Very friendly and made the process very easy!!!

Comment: Was disappointed in the one tiny little dryng fan which didn’t help. Carpet was traded for allergy and asthma and a pet but it was an able to be deodorized because we owned a pet? Does this make sense?

Comment: Bobby was fabulous and I would like to request that he is always our service tech. We had one in the past that was awful. He was argumentative and I believe he took something from my home. I never would accuse someone of stealing without absolute confidence it happened. The item was there when he arrived and never seen since then and it has been at least a year.
