Comment: I was GREATLY impressed by the cleaning service I received and the technician, Cullen Risto who performed the services. I could not believe how clean my carpets were after he left! I had huge amounts of pet stains and odor that he removed to the point I was completely SHOCKED! I will ONLY use you guys going forward as I have a couple of other rooms and my kitchen floor that I would like for Cullen to do as well. Thank you so much for an awesome customer experience, you guys are FANTASTIC!

Comment: The technician Carlos was wonderful! He was respectful to us, respectful with our furnishings. I will be asking for Carlos next year! We use Dalworth because where we purchased our carpet requires us to have the carpets cleaned once a year by Dalworth in order to keep the warranty on the carpet. This is the 3rd year we have used Dalworth. And I must say it was refreshing to have Carlos. The 1st year the technicians were late, as soon as the female entered the house, she asked to use my bathroom and she also complained out loud about the stairs. The 2nd year the technician was late, talked a lot, and when he first got to my home, he told us he thought the house would be bigger based on information he had which seemed a little insulting to me. Being late when you are the first appointment is in my mind inexcusable. This year I'm glad we finally got a technician who arrived when they committed to, did a good job and was respectful. Thank you Carlos!

Comment: I was out of the house when The Dalworth man came. Upon my return he was gone and I came into carpets that looked like new. I couldn't have been more pleased. My husband said he went back and picked up a couple of spots and a good attitude and great personality. I would recommend him and your service to anyone.

Comment: It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that the worn areas of the carpet might still appear soiled because they are so matted down. The technician did try 'raking' the carpet some after I mentioned the appearance. He showed me several areas that were problematic . He also mentioned a deep cleaning with chemicals is available for those areas but the use of the carpet may still make it appear less than clean. Maybe my expectations were unrealistic.
