Comment: The technician was excellent, very knowledgeable and willing to solve the issue which arrived from the person who booked the appt.

We have them out every few years to deep clean our tile in the main living areas. The tile has lots of nooks and crannies, so the dirt seems to settle in despite mopping. The Dalworth team always does an excellent job getting all the dirt out. Super pleased with the results and the only extra charge we've encountered has been tax.

Comment: Spoke with Richard on Monday asking to schedule service on Wednesday do to we had just purchased new furniture and wanted to have the living cleaned while completely empty. Richard went above and called us back letting us know there was a cancellation and he could schedule for Wednesday. Mike your tech arrived on time, explained the service, and completed the work in a timely manner.

Comment: Our technicians (Ede and Juan) led by Glenn were wonderful to have in our home. I was recovering from hip surgery and they were extra helpful in getting the area ready to be cleaned and then in putting this back in order. Glenn was very helpful in explaining what additional services we should consider and he was not pushy but honest. I appreciate a team like this when they will be in my home for 5 to 6 hours.

Comment: The two bathrooms were very small and the kitchen is Medium size thought the price was a bit pricey for amount of tile that was cleaned. Would have been nice If grout sealant had been built into price quote.
