Comment: I made the mistake of using Stanley Steamer several years ago and they just didn’t do as good a job as Dalworth. Dalworth is the best!! Randy was dandy!!

Comment: Since I didn't have them move my furniture, I know that the "large" room would not have been my choice check. It is a large room but only about 1/3 of it was asked to be cleaned. You might could make some sort of adjustment when that is the case.

Comment: Expectations set by website and first contact were higher than what was delivered. There is a disconnect between pre-sale, POS, and service tech that needs fine tuning. Tech did a great job explaining process prior to starting.

Comment: The team that was sent out here was excellent, they were very very good and I was extremely satisfied. I have to use a walker and they were extremely attentive making sure I was going in safe areas where I would not slip and they did a great job!

Comment: Difficulty trying to place order online. Could not move from first room to next. In order to move forward, had to place order by phone. Very helpful phone rep; however, the order the technician brought with him had several shortages which did not coincide with the information we shared on the phone. Bobby, the technician was very helpful and worked thru the issues. He also did an excellent job of stretching and repairing carpet. Trying to submit this survey, but "submit" buttom barely visisble at bottom of screen.
