Comment: I wish I could remember the technician's name. This gentleman was so pleasant and he went above and beyond when he was in my mom's home cleaning her carpet and answering her questions. Kuddos to this young man!!!

Comment: Our floors look nice but the cleaning left our baseboards incredibly dirty. We are moving so we had previously spent days cleaning them to make our house show ready and the cleaning service got them waxy, left some scuff marks and threw dirty water all over them. We had to spend two more days cleaning the baseboards again.

Comment: Our grout in our kitchen was cleaned, too. After our grout was cleaned in our kitchen, we did not realize the tile floor would be left in such a mess. The next day we got down on our hands and knees to hand wash the floor to fine some grout areas that wasn't as clean as it should had been. So we got on our hands and knees and recleaned some of the grout again. We are disappointed.

Comment: I was told that I was scheduled for 9 am on Saturday. I had to call at 9:30 to find out why they had not arrived. I was told that a freeway had been closed and they need to reroute. When the technician arrived he told me that he had not been given the job until 9am that morning and was a good 45minutes away. He did a very good job. He was efficient and attentive.

Comment: After the duct work, some of the dust in the first floor was not cleaned. I expected them to vacuum the floors. You way want to start doing that in the future. Specially for a home that is completely empty.
