Comment: Initially, I found the technician to be offensive. When I ordered the service I made sure I told them the carpet was 30 years old. He certainly had no problem with his certicisim of the carpet. Also, I understand that their job is to up sell. However, I felt that his priority was up selling and not cleaning the carpet. I have new carpet in a portion of the home which he was also critical of and there is nothing wrong with the carpet. He explained to me several times on how I should complete this survey and rate him,Monty, with all excellent marks. I think I'm capable of filling out a survey and rating the service I received. Finally, I would use Dalworth again because he did a very good job cleaning 30 year old carpet. However, I would not like for Monty to return to my home. His social skills need work. Thank you.

Comment: It was a little pricey, but worth it. The pet urine smell is gone, but it was replaced with another smell which I am unable to identify. Also a stain near the back door is back.

Comment: Eric was very nice and did a good job cleaning the upholstery. The furniture dried within a short time.

Vinny came out and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets! We had a bad pet stain and odor problem from when we fostered a dog, and he identified all the spots, added the enzyme remover to the areas, and it looks and smells great now! Very thorough work, and I felt very comfortable and confident with the company because they were extremely professional starting with the initial phone consult. Now I can feel good about getting the nursery together for our first baby because he's coming home to a very clean room! Thank you!

Comment: 'Did a great job 'n finished up in 'jig'-time. Doggie odors are nowhere to be found! It did cost me more than I'd expected, even though I knew there was no way to estimate the animal-cleaning costs 'til someone could come 'n see first hand … BUT it was WELL WORTH IT !!! Comment: We have had you folks out several times now, the technician has been different each time. All of the techs who have come out have been very professional and done a great job. I do feel the need to say - the technician who came out yesterday was beyond great...fantastic! One of the most efficient, professional, and speedy people I have ever dealt with in any service industry opportunity. He was very fast without sacrificing the quality of his work. Vey impressive!

Comment: I was hesitant about using Dalworth again since my prior experience was not positive. I tried again due to being lured in by great pricing and huge need. What a pleasant surprise. Unlike the previous time that left my carpet with the same stains and awful smell and price increased at last minute. Totally different experience this time. After using y'all for over 20 years, good to have the old Dalworth back. BTW: I'm probably the last house in Dallas to have wall to wall carpeting. So, double thank you to Dalworth for helping me take care of it.
