Prompt, polite, professional, quick, got all stains out, dried quickly, carpets look gorgeous! I'll use them again next year :-))

Tech was prompt, efficient, and personable. It looked really great when he finished, but now , three weeks later, the previous spots in the bedroom are "bleeding" back into carpet.

Gabriel was our technician about a week ago. He did a fantastic job of explaining the process and then proceeding with it. We had been struggling with pet odors and since the cleaning Gabriel did we have not one single odor issue and our carpets look GREAT!

Pat loves his job, has over 20 years of experience, had a 165 horsepower cleaning machine in the truck and got out an ink stain from upholstery, and stains in a carpeted stairway that no one else could. He used organic based cleaners that don't leave a residue and provided practical advice on how we could clean spots better in the future and not leave a residue.

I have used Dalrock for Oriental Rug cleaning,Repair,adding Fring and have had excellent results.
