OMG! We had our carpet cleaned less than 2 years ago and had a fairly ugly dog piddle area in our hallway that we were told would never be gone. Our carpet looks absolutely amazing now! Plus the yellow spot is COMPLETELY gone! Richard Hearn, franchise owner/operator obviously knows his business. He was punctual, knowledgeable, offered lots of good information, and worked very efficiently. While he worked without stopping, he was still very friendly and I never felt like I was bothering him. We had a nice visit while he worked away! By the way Richard, i told you if our house sold quickly, it was thanks to you. Well, after two showings, we got a contract! 😁 Thank you so much! Our dog got sick, several times, on our white carpet! I called Dalworth about noon, expecting it to be at least tomorrow before they could come. The scheduler was very understanding, said she’d see what she could do. She called me back within 15 min with a response time of 2-4 hrs! 😃 The techs, Mark and Buddy arrived promptly. They quickly, efficiently and thoroughly removed the stains. I was more than satisfied!!

They did a great job! I had them clean the commercial glue down carpet in my office (1700 sq. ft.) and a 9 x 12 wool Oriental rug in my waiting room. What once was dirty and worn looking is bright and shiny like new again! Positive: Quality, Responsiveness Called Dalworth to have an area rug cleaned. They scheduled pickup within a few days. When the team arrived the carefully checked the rug, explained the process and coordinated delivery date/time for when we would be home. I had clear understanding of areas they felt would not completely come clean etc. They also provided pricing for different levels of padding which they recommended based on the type of floor we were having installed when they arrived. There was no pressure to buy, just options which I appreciated. I got the rug back and it looks fabulous. Even the areas they were concerned with came completely clean. Very happy with the service and will use them again. Price was reasonable for the size of our rug.
