Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I believe it was Eric that came to clean our rug. He was great, showed up on time and did a fantastic job taking care of our needs. Can't thank him enough for the job he did!

Technician was accommodating and knocked out 3+ rooms in an hour. Carpets are clean once more and no odors. Will be replacing some of the carpeting with tile or wood look planks so as to minimize the need down the road. All in all good job.

I received outstanding service. Rug pick up/drop off was very efficient. Rug came back with all the smells gone! Would DEFINITELY use them again if the need ever arises. You really can’t go wrong with Dalworth Rug Cleaning. Very professional and incredibly reasonable pricing for the services they deliver. 5 Stars!!!

Bobby did a fantastic and thorough job. My carpet was badly folded but he was able to maneuver through my furniture and stretch it back out. It took much longer than he anticipated but he didn’t cut corners and stayed quite late to make sure the job was done right. Also cleaned my wood floors and they look great. Would definitely use again.

Dalworth did an excellent job cleaning my 8 X 10 area rug. Equally excellent was the level of great customer service! Francisco and Pamela were very pleasant and professional. They patiently placed the rug in my home to my satisfaction. I definitely will use this company again.

My technician was Monty. He was professional and did an excellent job. I would most definitely use him again. We have a house dog, so it is very important to keep your carpets clean. Dalworth and Monty are great!

Had an area rug that I didn't want to spend too much time on but desperately needed cleaning. Service was very friendly and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable for services provided. I dropped it off but had it delivered when done. I definitely recommend the pick up/drop off as the location was a bit out of my way. Rug was very clean. Definitely recommend this company and will use them again in future.

While Dalworth was not able to schedule an appointment for 6 days in the future, we were placed on a standby list. I was skeptical, but less than 90 minutes later a technician was at the door. Marcus did an amazing job and the carpet looks brand new. We were so grateful for his professional, attitude. We are so grateful!
