He went out of his way to give us the best service available for our cleaning needs, even calling the office to confer with them and carefully experimenting with a test strip of fabric. Comment: The entire experience from the phone rep to Marcio workmanship was awesom. They gave me a time of 2 a 4pm and he was ringing my doorbell at 2pm. He was honest and forthcoming. I'm a customer for life. They saved me from a horrible Sears experienc, whom I will never use again for any reason.

Comment: Thank you for your service! Richard was especially nice and helpful over the phone as I placed my order, and Vinny did a great job. Drying time was a lot longer than expected, but that is something that is probably hard to predict.

Comment: My only issue was that I asked for a 30 minute advance call so that I would know when to be there and that was missed so the technician had to wait at my house for me to come home from work. Otherwise, the service was great.

We had our carpets cleaned a couple weeks ago. Great job, great customer service. A week later they came back for tile and grout cleaning. Everything looks new again. We highly recommend Dalworth clean.

Comment: I would only “probably” refer dalworth to my friends because of the high traffic areas. My high traffic areas had to cleaned 3 times. I would be sure to tell them it may not come clean the first time.

Comment: Technician was awesome . Too long of a drying time. Great results on carpet. Not good result on sofa and that was the pricey one. Overall would do it again but for carpets only.

Comment: I really appreciated Marcio pointing out to me all the pet urine in my carpet that I couldn't see. He then recommended how he could clean and treat and sanitize it. He did a wonderful job and was a very pleasant service rep for your company. The carpets cleaned up very nicely and the house smelled very fresh! However, I did think $800+ was quite expensive!

Comment: I knew the time frame that the technician was supposed to arrive. However, I believe I specifically asked for a courtesy call of when they would be about 30 mins away. I did not receive that call. Other than that....great job.

Monty did a great job, very friendly and professional. Worked quickly and our carpets smelled fresh and clean when he was done. I recommend this service to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned!
