Comment: Pat did an excellent job. He was prompt, quick, polite, and got most of the stains out of the carpet. I really didn't think much of it would come out because they were old set-in stains that have been here since we moved in, but he got a lot of it out. He also cleaned my welcome mat to avoid tracking in future dirt, which I thought was really nice. This is the first time that I have used a carpet cleaning service so I wasn't sure how much it should be. I know that I had "restoration" service in the one room that was really dirty but it does seem like a high price to me for cleaning 3 rooms. It may not be, just seems that way. Certainly didn't feel like a bargain but I think it was fair.

Comment: We had a rug picked up earlier that day for cleaning and that crew was very nice. Also later that day we had our vents cleaned out. That crew was very experienced and so nice. Jeremy, Daryl, and Don were great! They knew what they were doing.

Comment: Crew called before arrival, arrived early within the scheduled window. Crew introduced themselves, made a quick check of premises and explained one upgrade option; did not hard sell. Accepted heave clean for one area; price was reasonable. Crew worked quickly, explained what they were doing and how to protect the area after they left, estimated drying time, etc. Raking step was new to me, but it left the area fluffed and uniform. I could tell the day after when I vacuumed that the carpet was standing firmer, was harder for the vacuum to brush through. Great crew, good work; fair price; will use again.

Comment: We have used Dalworth several times in the past. Always completely satisfied. Requested Chris to clean our carpets. We had a bad stain and he got it out. He had done this for us in the past. Excellent work.

Comment: Monty was a bit late due to traffic—but I was notified ahead of time. Not a problem. And Monty more than made up for any inconvenience with his attitude. He greeted my dogs warmly (after he greeted me). Then e went to work. He made a suggestion that cost me a little more, but I feel it was worth it. He called me in at one point to show me the difference between where he was finished and where he’d not, so I could see the difference between the old dirty carpet. He did an excellent job. When I call to have my carpets cleaned next time, I’ll be requesting him. He’s very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I am so glad to have had him do the work.

Comment: All I can say further is this company is awesome! Josh was great! Very honest - told me my ducts didn't need cleaning at this time, and showed me the a picture of how clean they were inside. An AC company told me they needed cleaning and was going to charge me $1200. I decided to call Dalworth to get a second opinion and price. They were going to be half the cost. I so appreciate honesty in a company, even when it affects their bottom line!!! Thank you so much - I will call again!
