Comment: It ended up costing more than double the original estimate after he suggested pretreatment. You should be more up front about total cost so there is less of a surprise when it comes time to pay.

Comment: Roger Lino was excellent!! He was meticulous, thorough, detail-oriented, attentive, and very efficient. We highly recommend him, and will request him the next time around. The only other comment is that for us old folks here at Robson Ranch, it is difficult to remove foam and plastic under furniture. Too many handicaps and lack of strength and energy. Would suggest a return trip for removal, even if it's for a small charge. Thanks. Jois Ross

Comment: The service tech was outstanding for cleaning with a minimum of "wet". He did a good job and I was able to walk on it in my socks without feeling wet by early evening --- only 7 hours later.

Comment: I must admit I am disappointed. I have used Dalworth in the past and found it of good value, even though expensive. I will be calling to ask for a second visit as I feel I did not get the results I expected. I paid over $600 for carpet cleaning...I had two rooms of premium, and do not believe my baseboards were done and saw no evidence of any future being moved (except for the chairs I moved myself). We have just finished potty training a puppy, and had some accident spots which I expected might reappear, but I have a number of them which need to be retreated. Our technician was here for approximately 90 minutes for 6 rooms, a hallway and stairs and a landing...just not sure I received my monies worth.

Comment: Considering my father who was very angry (he is 93) and yelling. The man was so nice who did the carpet. He was kind in spite of my dad. He kept telling your guy to get out and I kept telling him to continue cleaning. He was so understanding and wonderful. Thank you for you patience. I would use your company again. Finally my dad told me to get out.....that afternoon dad didn’t even remember I got to carpet cleaned....but it sure looked good once it was done...again...many thanks

Comment: They phoned 45 minutes prior to arrival.The technician was on time.He addressed all the concerns,done a walk through and made sure I was satisfied before he departed.Very respectful and nice manners.I should of been using Dalworth years ago.
