Comment: I am really happy and the tech was awsome. There is one small spot in the kitchen that looks like he may of missed or it may have not been noticable until it had time to completely dry. Thank you for taking care of that for us.

Comment: I was very pleased and appreciated how fast you were able to come out. Pat and Raoule were friendly, helpful and knew what they were doing. They only thing is I paid for the standard service but I don’t recall seeing any fans used to dry the carpet. They weren’t they very long and I don’t remember seeing any fans used. Other then that they were great.

Comment: I didn't actually have any cleaning done, they came out to see if they could improve the problem with my wood floors. They couldn't. I was informed of the cost of the test area before they started, and they said they would credit the amount to any future service I would have done, but it was disappointing to pay the money for the test area when it didn't help. I understand. They came out and did work, even though it didn't help, and I do plan on using Dalworth for cleaning in the near future. RA

Comment: Drying took longer than normal because of the weather (constant rain and low temperatures), and there were “humps” in the carpet, but these went away after 48 hours.
