Comment: I want to express my complete satisfaction- although the first technician, Vinny, had an issue with the equipment and could not do the job he was polite, and apologetic for the issues. Jay came to his rescue just about 30 min after he left and he was also very polite, knowledgeable and did an awesome job cleaning our stairs, living room and master bedroom. He evaluated our kitchen tiles to ensure he would clean them properly. I will use Dalworth services again and will definitely request Jay. I will also be sure to recommend you to our friends and colleagues.

Comment: Our tech did a great job, and I would request him again! Very friendly, neat and attentive. There was one stain that he did not get out, but I was able to remove. Formerly, I have seen heavy traffic areas cleaned a bit better. Pet stains all came out beautifully!

Comment: I needed cleaning due to pet urine. Day one was better, but the very overwhelming smell did not dissipate. I am at a loss what to do. I can not stand the smell of my home. Richard worked to help it just did not work
