Comment: Yes, you were on time. I felt the services were a bit high, but the quality was, I believe, worth the difference. They cleaned a carpet I thought would never come clean, and it looks almost new.

Comment: I didn’t realize there were different packages until my technician mentioned it, so we downgraded at that time to better fit our budget and wants/needs. That was nice! One technician smoked outside the house, and since our garage doors and back door were all wide open from cords, the smell came inside which I disliked. I also disliked that the temperature of my thermostat was drastically changed when they turned my system back on (we keep the fan ON and the temp controls on AUTO to 72 heat and 75 AC). They turned the AC on to 69, which ultimately woke up my baby from her nap an hour and a half early. I thought the reused, holy plastic were a little gross, but I appreciated the sentiment of minimizing mess. All technicians were very, very friendly and quick to answer all of my questions or converse about various things. We will definitely use y’all again in the future for this service.

Comment: You guys did a fantastic job from my first call with questions, to completion of the work. My mother died in November and I am getting her house ready to sale. Your sales representative was the most caring professional I have encountered in a long, long time! I don't recall his name but I wish I did so you could thank him. Jeff Repass came out to test the cleaner on the floors. The wood floors had a wax build up on it from years of Mop n Glow use. He was also very nice, on time, and professional. I understand you are one of the few companies that will even try to remove wax build up. I was afraid we would need to replace the floors prior to selling. Fortunately the cleaning worked and now the wood floors look great an will enhance the listing! Harold, the man who did the cleaning, was also very impressive and did a great job. He was there all day and hand scrubbed the wax around the baseboards. I have used Dalworth for carpet cleaning before, but was pleased with the overall job at my mother's house which included carpet, tile, and our problematic wood. Thanks for doing such an outstanding job!

Comment: I initially talked in the phone with Chelsea, she was super helpful in explaining all the services that Tamworth provides and breaking down the cost for me. She was very friendly and professional! My service tech was Julio, and he did a great job with cleaning my carpets! There was a terrible uribe smell and now it's completely gone! It took a lot longer for my carpets to dry than expected but that may just be a combination of the cold weather and not so great air circulation in my apt. Overall, I has a great experience with Tamworth, and will definitely recommend them to my friends
