Comment: The service person disconnected a TV in a bedroom and forgot to reconnect it. It involves more than just sticking a plug back into a socket. I will have to get someone to do it. Other than that the service was excellent.

Comment: I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of my carpets. My cat had been using the carpet instead of the litter box for a while. My husband and I thought we would have to replace it since it was so bad. Marcus did an amazing job . Now my carpet is white again !

Comment: Monty was extremely helpful. My husband wears a special shoe/brace which has a black rubber sole. With our off white carpet it was evident where he walked and sat most. Monty was able to getting all areas spotless then gave suggestions to prevent recurrence. He also gave advice for use of spot cleaning. Will ask for Monty for future cleaning.

Comment: Our tech helped my fiancé move the mattress into the house when he didn’t have to. Found it odd that he was on his phone the whole time.. Wasn’t a huge deal to me but just find it very professional. We definitely will be using dalworth again just didn’t find it professional.
