Comment: We had some spot treatments done after the primary cleaning was done the previous week. These spots were new and occurred after a chair was moved and were not the result of the carpet cleaning the previous week. The tech did a good job of removing the spots.

Comment: I did add deodorizer and carpet protector on "4 Rooms" (1 very small bedroom, 1 Large Game room, & stairs to Game room) because some family dogs had accidents during a visit, so it really starts to add up. I wish you would charge LESS for those additional chemical treatments. Your E-mail specials were going to my Spam, so I missed a 29.99? per room "Special" by 1 week. Next time I will try to do a "Green Discount" , or something to get my bill lower. My technician, Chris Leitner, was very friendly, polite, & knowledgable. He was on time. I have used Dalworth for years, and I would definitely request him next time I use Dalworth.

Comment: My appointment was actually moved ahead an hour, which was a great help. The technician walked through my home and went over the work to be done. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He finished the work quickly and cleaned up and left. I always have Dalworth clean my carpets because of their work and the friendliness of anyone I've talked to on the phone and your technicians. Comment: Mike and Vince were very professional - as I watched them clean my carpets it was as though they were cleaning their own. I'm picky and usually have to point out missed things but not with them. Comment: Although there were a few stubborn stains that didn't come out, this technician did a much better job toverall han the technician I'd had the past two times (who I was completely satisfied with at the time, by the way). This young man (Alfonzo?) was very detail oriented, polite and explained everything in detail (the other technician didn't do any explaining of enzyme treatments or ask me how old the carpet was, etc. which this guy took the time to do beforehand) but again, that was not necessary, I suppose, but I appreciated him taking the time to give me that information. This technician also took a little bit longer than the last two times to perform the service but the results were better so I feel he was just more thorough and someone who takes pride in his work. Such a good employee for you guys! He was friendly with my dog (the reason we have to have the carpets cleaned so often!). Just overall so nice to deal with and the best Dalworth experience yet! Hope I get him next time!
