Comment: I really appreciate Sam's kind and friendly attitude. He was thorough in all explanations and answered all of my questions. He was very professional yet so sweet with my little baby. My carpets look brand new - even though I had several dog related stains. Thankfully Alex clarified this when I was on the phone scheduling another service, but the website needs to indicate the time slots as arrival time. This is not clear and I originally believed it to be the time the service was started & completed.

Comment: Everyone was great to work with in both the estimate and the service. We even had freezing pipes that required us to reschedule but dispatch was great and stayed on top of things. I know we could have had the service done at a lower price but I don't mind paying more for great service and a job well done. Everyone was great. Regarding the on-line order, I don't recall if I actually got a quote or just requested a call.

Comment: Alex on the phone and the technicians Josh and Joe were very professional, friendly, and helpful. Josh went above and beyond my expectations with thoroughly explaining every step and answering my numerous questions. Joe worked efficiently and quickly through my tiny attic. They were all a pleasure to work with. As a woman at home alone, they both made me feel very comfortable and at ease while working. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
