Comment: Technician was very professional and efficient. Issue with hardwood floor was not completely resolved but technician definitely tried. Maybe would be good for you to have hardwood floor experts who can fully assess and recommend appropriate corrective actions that Dalworth can offer.

Comment: We have had our office carpets cleaned the past three years. The technician that came out this year was the same one that cleaned the carpets the first year in December 2014. He did an excellent job then and did an excellent job on the carpets this December 2017.

Comment: The reason it took so long for me to feel like the rugs were dry is because it was very cold and rainy that day. The rugs were taken into my gararge to shampoo so not to damage my wood floors. The guys were great.
