Comment: Negatives: Expecting a Dalworth vehicle. Vehicle was unmarked. Was not aware a third party was to perform the service. This should be made clear to the customer before the technician arrives. The technician was not displaying identification. My home's electricity was used. Positives: Technician explained clearly the overall process as well as each step. Technician spoke well and with respect. Technician respected my property. Technician did not engage in "chit-chat" and focused on doing the job. Technician did not try to upsell me. Payment was performed by voice over the phone.

Glenn offered me several choices and he said it was up to me whether I wanted them or not and no pressure. Glenn presented himself very well, well groomed, polite and professional. Comment: Our technician Pat Lindzalone was very knowledgeable, informative & explained process, treatments fully. He is an EXCELLENT representative for Dalworth Carpets. This was our first time to use Dalworth for carpeting cleaning. The experience and clean carpets were far SUPERIOR to any previous companies we've used in the past. Our carpets and area rugs are 18+ years old. After Pat Lindzalone cleaned them - they look absolutely brand new! I was expecting to replace the carpets due to pet stains and walk path wear, discoloration. We are completely amazed at how thorough Pat Lindazlone cleaned our carpets. He took time to explain all our options - invaluable and thrilled we do not need to replace the carpet or area rugs!
