Comment: The techs did an excellent job of cleaning and getting most of the stains off the carpet some of the stains have been there for ever so it was not that they did not try. The office looks today and smells great. Thank you to your team

Comment: Monty, our tech, had great attitude. VERY thorough and very fast setting up and getting started. Made quick work of the rooms and made the sight and smell of the pet accident disappear as if by magic. Explained the what and the how of his work. Carpet looked brand new when he was done. We are very satisfied customers.

Comment: Our service technicians were extremely nice and respectful. They took the time to explain the process and were very thorough. One suggestion I’d offer is covering air vents with plastic or magnetic covers during the cleaning process, especially when performing the “ram air” method. I made this suggestion to our techs when I noticed a lot dust and debris coming out of other vents. The techs didn’t have materials on their truck to cover our vents so I supplied them with plastic and tape. They were very accommodating and used my supplies to cover the vests which I felt cut down on the amount of mess. They cleaned up well and made sure we were pleased with the service before leaving. I would be surprised if our techs were among the best on their team. Josh Ortiz should be groomed for management.

Good except when arrived they said it needed a deeper cleaning and it would be $35 more. Which wAs fine except they didn’t say that extra charge was per area. So $70 more. But they did a good job. However I never received a follow up survey as they said I would. Description of Work: Living and dining room shampooed

Comment: The service Man was very eager to please and courtesy . I thought Dalworth would of sent two men because there were some heavy pieces of furniture which would of better for two people to move rather than one ..

Comment: The Tec. was great and had to leave to get a part for a frozen valve or something on the truck, he returned quickly and got our loveseat cleaned nicely., even ahead of time!

Comment: The original time for cleaning was 11-1, but the technician came at 8:00. Apparently, the times were not entered correctly. He waited for me to arrive on site and then worked quickly and efficiently to clean the carpets. Thanks, Teri Willis 817-975-6209

Very pleased with Dalworth Duct Cleaning. They arrived on time and were very professional and thorough. They removed and cleaned every vent, took videos to show me before and after and cleaned up any mess that was made while they were here. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs duct cleaning.

Comment: The technician arrived right at the beginning of the window that they said they were going to, did a VERY good job cleaning the carpets and hardwood, and did a great job explaining what and why he was doing to each, as well as tips for keeping the floors looking brand new. Thanks!
