Comment: The technician was about 15-20 minutes late and we were not notified, but I don't consider that a dealbreaker. He did a good job. I wish we could have gotten a better idea about the cost of the shower floors online rather than waiting for the technician to view them. The total was a bit more pricey than we anticipated.

Julio, the technician, was very helpful and paid attention to detail.

Erick did an excellent job cleaning two couches and two large chairs. My house looks new again. He was very thorough and worked hard on some tough stains. I am very pleased with the results.

Comment: He scuffed the wall up in the bathroom, he may not have noticed it. I have to touch up the paint. I wish he would have let us know. I wish there had been more clarity on the phone because the grout was not cleaned to my satisfaction. He told me about another process but it was going to double the price. I just wish I had more of an understanding of exactly what was going to go on.

Comment: one of the blood spots still in the master, tech got the rest why not all?Dirty spot still in front of door to patio.Was not expecting any additional charge, and over $400 is way too much for 3 rooms and a short hall.

Comment: The hard wood floor in the hallway outside the carpeted bedrooms was a mess. I would highly recommend extra training on cleaning up after the carpets are cleaned. I had to scrub and scrub to get the solution off my floors.
