Comment: I was upset about how late the technician showed up!showed up at 4 left at 6 .....but when I met Bill I couldn’t be up set ! He was professional ,knowledgeable soft spoken , kind . And got right to work being thorough. Very mindful of our elderly mother . He was very sweet! The carpets look beautiful! Thank you I will see you again!

Comment: TAking carpet a long time to dry but it has been cold, rainy and high humidity so to be expected, I guess. Carpet Protectant applied to Hall only. No pets, no odor.

Comment: I was really satisfied with the work that was completed. The only thing I do wish that prior to the technician cleaning my love seat he would of told me I may not be able to get this love seat to meet your expectations. It is a 20 year old love seat and I know the technician cleaned it to his best ability.

Comment: Unfortunately, Dalworth was not able to match the tile grout color and had to use Stanley Steamer's product since it was perfect match. It's was a light grey which I would think would be a popular color. I did feel your technician was more knowledgeable since he recommended that I not use the shower the day before and the day after so it had time to fully dry. Now... It's a waiting game to see what it looks like in a year. That is why I didn't call Stanley back. Your team always kept me inform which is a great service model.
