Comment: Our carpets were cleaned at noon and at 8:00 last night they were still very wet in places. This morning, after running a fan all night, they were still quite wet. I just hope it doesn't damage the pads underneath.

Comment: I was very pleased with the 2 gentlemen Ruben and Brandon that cleaned my air ducts and dryer vent. They were very knowledgeable and polite and surprised me how well they coordinated between the two of them to get the job done. I thought the job would take about 4 hours and it was probably an hour and a half and they were done. I would request them again for my duct cleaning. Kudos to a job well done, Ruben and Brandon!

Comment: The second technician to come over did a great job. This review does not include my thoughts on the first technician who can out. I had my hardwood floors cleaned- not carpets.

We have used Them for the last 5 years. Richard is the representative that is assigned our area. Very polite, on time, and offered solutions to problem areas. They always delivered as promised and don’t nickel and dime you. 5 stars

Comment: Our Technician was absolutely wonderful, I would prefer him every time, this is the second time he has done an outstanding job. The stairs took longer to dry but by the next morning the carpets were dry throughout. I would like to get some furniture cleaned next time and hope your service will be as exceptional as the last, Thank You
