Comment: The carpets took too long to fully dry - even with the service that used the fans. The service took about 4 hours, the cost was nearly 600, the price seemed high for the amount of time that it took to do the work.

Comment: I'd started scheduling the appointment online but then called in with a question. Alex patiently and carefully answered my questions and completed the appointment process for me. Ricky's work was careful and thorough. I was thrilled with the outcome. That being said, Ricky made the visit professionally personable. I hadn't realized we'd been previous customers. I'm grateful for the coupon savings on my cleaning. It was the coupons I'd received in the mail on my counter the reminded me to call. However, your commercials on KLTY were a big reason I kept them when I received them. I know so much can be done online, but those other reminders are still valuable to me.
