Comment: Chris Leitner is Great. I totally expected him to offer scrubbing the carpets for an additional charge. We specifically asked him what the total charge would be and we based our decision on his answer. What he failed to include was the sales tax. Had he told us what the actual total was going to be we may have not had 2 unused bedrooms scrubbed.

Comment: Technician came out to treat spots that didn't show up initially. Due to high humidity that week, carpet took more than a day to dry. Dalworth is my choice for carpet cleaning, but I did hope for more of a price break. I probably should have waited for a coupon or sale. The pet odor and stains were treated and the service was well worth the price.

Comment: I wanted it to be known that I didn't just mark excellence on my answers to quickly be done with the survey. I truly mean excellent from the moment I spoke with personnel in the office; to shaking the hand of the technician upon his departure. I so wish other companies would copy the implantation of excellent service that has been given by Dalworth. Too often these days, customers encounter ineffective service from retailers, service companies, etc. So was refreshing to be serviced by Dalworth.
