Comment: Brian Marshall did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was pleasant, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. He also explained how to maintain the floors, countertops and carpet to keep it looking great. He polished the granite countertops and foyer, cleaned all the carpets and treated the hardwood floors to a cleaning and polyurethane. Everything looked brand new when he was done! We are very satisfied with the service and will not hesitate to recommend Brian and Dalworth!

Comment: It has been almost 48 hours since completed. The room with the pet odor service is still not dry. Do we need to be concerned about mildew? We have opened windows in the room to increase airflow but do not have a large fan which maybe we should have.
