Comment: There seemed to be a mix up about my address. And it seems that the technician and the dispatcher were not able to reach my cell phone. So my 8:00-8:30 appointment turned out to be a 9:30 one. I had been home the whole time. First time that has happened. It is ok because I am always happy with my carpets when you all clean.

Comment: Randy Phillips was the tech, first time to have him clean carpets. His work was the best ever...excellent job...carpets looked great. Took longer than 2 hrs to dry, but it always takes longer to dry than what is stated...I don't mind that.... Thank you for excellent service. I would prefer to have Randy, next time!!!!

Comment: The service tech was upset that the size of our rooms were not what he expected. I told him that this was the third time we had used Dalworth to clean our carpets and the measurements were provided by the phone representative based on previous jobs. He mentioned it again when he had finished and said that he would not charge us for the larger rooms. He was obviously not pleased and his attitude showed it. Our bedrooms are filled with large furniture and the amount of carpet to be cleaned is relatively small. Additionally, there were no spots to be treated so the job was done quickly. If the house was unfurnished or the carpet was spotted and dirty, I could understand his concern as the job would take more materials and time. As is, I thought his comments were unjustified.
