Comment: Mike and Vince were a good team and nice guys. The carpets looked great overall and they worked quickly. I will probably request them in the future the next time we get our carpets cleaned.

Comment: The technicians were not able to get all stains out, but they did try very hard. The rugs smell bad, but not sure that's their fault.
