Comment: This is the third time Pat has come to clean our carpets. He is thorough, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Comment: When my scheduled regular service technician was running behind, I received a call and asked if that was okay, if I wanted to reschedule or have someone else come. When I opted for the last choice (because I had to leave at a certain time), she promptly found another team who arrived in less than half an hour and did a great job. They were personable, professional and competent.

Comment: I am impressed by the way dalworh has done their job. My carpet looks clean and fresh. The only issue I had was the information I had about moving the furniture. I took the standard package. In our office we have a table. I took everything out of the table.When the technician came he said the table was little big to be moved. But I was ready to move it myself. But the guy was gracious enough to help me move the table and the rug under it. I asked all these questions before I put the order and I knew that they won't move the bed. But, I wish those things were clearly told in the beginning itself to avoid these minor confusions. But over all it was a great experience. I will defenitely recommend dalworth to my friends.

Comment: just wish he would have asked about any spots I was concerned about, but overall my carpet was pretty clean already. I just do it yearly to keep up the carpet and remove allergens. thanks
