Comment: This was my first time using a professional carpet cleaner, and I'm very impressed with the results. Richard Hearn was great! He was curtious and treated my home with respect! After Richard was finished he took the time to answer all of my questions and provided great advice and suggestions for future service. Also, the carpets look amazing! I highly recommend Richard and will definitely request him when it's time to clean my carpets again.

He did NOT mention his faith, but when he got ready to leave, I asked him how long he had been a Christ-follower. He 'beamed' and said that is is assistant pastor of LAVON PENTECOSTAL CHURCH. Comment: The carpet was being cleaned for pet odor. It smelled good the first couple of days, but now smells like a wet dog. I am going to have it cleaned with another service today to see if the smell can be eliminated.

Comment: I was superbly impressed with Chris's handling the cleaning. He talked me through the process and was very thorough in his work. You have an excellent employee in Chris Additionally, the scheduled arrival time was to have been between 3-5 p.m. I received a call asking if I could accommodate at 2:15 p.m. arrival. That worked out perfectly. Chris began work between 2:15-2:30 and was finished by 3:30.

Comment: The two service technicians that cleaned my carpet were wonderful. Their customer service was the best I have ever seen. From the time I opened the front door, they introduced themselves and were prompt and courteous. They had me show them what rooms needed cleaning, they explained the process and went to work. One room needed some special attention and they worked very hard to make it look perfect. They cleaned up after themselves and asked if I needed anything additional before they left. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of service and their customer service. I will definitely recommend your company to my family and friends.Thank you.
