Comment: Hallway was an additional expense- I guess I didn't realize the hallway had to be added to the online order- kind of thought a hallway was included. Not a huge deal, I just wasn't expecting that.

Comment: The first quote I got I did not jump on, but then when I checked again, you had a sale around Labor Day that made a huge difference. I made an appt. and glad I did. We had stains that I didn't think you could get out, but I am happily surprised how the carpet turned out. He did a great job. I hope you run a sale when I'm ready for carpet cleaning again.

Comment: Did not do carpet. Did tile floors. Didnt get all the stuff off floors but not your fault. Probably needs another job, but looks good. I don't remember technician name maybe Ramon but he was the nicest and worked very hard. Thank you.

Comment: Excellent service and great technician. I do need a follow up call. We the divots were filled, some is coming out, sinking or cracking. This needs to be repaired.
