Comment: You are a great company to do business with! So different from many of the companies these days. From my first contact to the last, everything was done with a great attitude, and exactly as stated. My chair looks like new, much better than any other time it has been cleaned. Comment: I did not have carpet cleaned, but rather, repaired and Glenn got the best person for the job, Steven who magically made it appear as if there ere never any bald areas! Fantastic! I understood why for a 2 inch by 3 foot area it took artfulness and care- but I wish it had cost a bit less. Given the care taken to make it look right, I understand the pricing.

Comment: Roger is a wonderful technician. I won't use anyone but him from now on. He got every stain out of our carpet including a very old shoe polish spot. He is pleasant and thorough.

Comment: I was told the technicians would be at my home between 9 and 11 am and I would receive a 30 minute prior notice call. They arrived about 10:30 with no call ahead.

Comment: Bobby was very nice and thorough and quick. Great job and would have him back. It was raining so he said carpets may take til next day but they were dry by evening! He also did the hallway for free?? You did great on letting us know tech would be late. Our place is hard to find so we are used to that.

Comment: I want to thank Merari and Julio Sarceno for their outstanding work and customer service spirit. When they arrived they realized once reassessing the square footage that they would need more padding and promptly went and got enough. With each step of the process they checked with me about any concerns and/or needs I might have. As they completed they checked and asked me to check everything to make sure it met my expectations. Anything I asked them to do they did without hesitation. If, and when, I ever contract with Dalworth again I will ask for these two. Give them a raise ... they were excellent! John Connell

Comment: Our technition, Marcio, was tops...We have had Dalworth before as well as other carpet cleaning companies, but this was by far our best experience. Marcio was efficient and was very patient and listened. We were extremely pleased with his work and the results. Our very old carpet looks great now.
