Comment: I don't expect bargain prices on a labor intensive job such as this. Competence and spending the necessary time was more relevant. Dalworth was chosen based on your long term experience. The technicians, Josh and Joe were outstanding! Suggestion: Not a big deal but apparently it affected how the process was done. You might want to ask if insulation had been added to an attic as this affected the technique the technicians used.

Comment: Harold was very professional, efficient and focused on customer satisfaction. He worked hard and made sure that a no-show helper on first day of job did not deter him from getting the job done. I would have liked to seen the square footage of the job itemized on the estimate. Also, got conflicting info on follow-up cleaning -- Chris (sales) said 1/3 vinegar to water solution, Harold said Bono CLEANER (not polish) ok. Would appreciate clarification. Thanks.

Comment: it didn't appear that as much furniture got moved, cleaned under, and replaced as I expected from the package that advertised "wall-to-wall" service. Normally, would not be a big deal, but since I'm selling the house, some of the contrast is accentuated as I move the furniture out.

Comment: Miguel was so nice and very informative. I appreciated the time he took to inform me about the process and what he was going to do. He was very thorough, and tried hard to get our stains out. We think that Dalworth did a good job. You asked about a pet odor service performed. I honestly don't know if we had a pet odor service performed. We bought the economy package. I am not sure what that included.

Comment: Chris did a great job. The carpets look like new. He took the time to explain the process and what needed to happen to restore our carpets and they do look like new and smell wonderful. The cost for all of this was substantially higher than expected, but then I guess that was cheaper than buying new carpet. The website is nice to set up and order, however it really can't predict the price of the services since the tech really knows more than we do about cleaning & restoring. I would definitely want Chris to return in a year.Thx Sue

Comment: Dalworth continues to impress. We've had several carpet cleaning companies in the past, but we're disappointed. We started using Dalworth and won't use anybody else! No protectant or pet treatment was applied.
