Comment: Steven did a great job, however it would've been helpful if the phone rep gave a sample of charges for pet stain treatment. A $200 quote when you know pet stains need to be removed is way too low and doesn't set expectations properly.

When the worker arrived he looked very neat and professional in a uniform with the company's name visible. He was sure they could remove the stain and repair the rip and they did. They returned the rug within a week. Description of Work: They repaired and cleaned and antique rug. They also added padding.

Dalworth office was very responsive in finding a good date for service. The technicians were exceptional. They thoroughly explained the actions they would be taking and how this related to the quality of my air and efficiency of my system. They were meticulous in all they did.
