Comment: I am happy with the service but I was upset by the fact that I paid online but the tech came out and said that I did not pay online. I remember being concerned about putting in my credit card info online but did it anyway. So, I was surprised and concerned that later I was told that I did not pay online when I am sure I did.

Comment: The technicians were professional and polite, but the stains did not come out. I am happy with your pick up rug service , but the cleaning was not the best. I had another carpet cleaning company come out and removed the stains. There was no pre-inspection done before not after.

Comment: Glenn did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and we would like to request him every time. We do, however, have a couple of areas we would like to be cleaned again due to them not getting as clean as we would like them to be. Thank you
