Comment: The tech was not late but early. But we did get a call changing the time. The tech was very good but his personality did not fit with ours.

Comment: When Tech left, carpet looked great, when it started to dry, all these places started showing up and they were sticky. I called. And he is coming back to re clean it.

Comment: The first technician was nice; however, the pet odor came back the next day and our office had a weird chemical smell. Since we bought the pet guarantee plan, I called Dalworth. They sent Harold, a new tech, who was simply outstanding. A true gentlemen plus he knows his stuff! Our office smells clean and fresh, and the pet odors are completely gone. Dalworth honors their warranty and is quick to make things right. Highly recommended.

Comment: Everything was excellent. I will definitely use you again if you can send Josh and Andre or if there's anyone . They were exceptional people and technicians who were very knowledgeable about their job. They were meticulous in their service and explained everything so well about how the system worked to deposit all that junk in the vents. They were caring about my dog and although she was in a pen, they let me know when to move her to another room. I felt I'd known them a long time. I like competent folks but also the personalities make a difference when having a service done. I felt the service was definitely worth the money which made me feel more comfortable parting with it. Comment: Rug cleaning should have been discounted due to Husband and I having to put rugs back in house after cleaning (so they could be dry before putting them on Hardwood floors) and to put small furnishings back. I think there should have been two technicians, even though Roger seemed to handle cleaning by himself. It was a pretty large job. The do rugs look clean.

Comment: The technician worked smart to get the advantageous use of the fan for the drying. He was most helpful to me about the temp. to keep my thermostat for quick drying because of the high humidity in the area. I could not have asked for any more than the service I received from Dalworth Clean.
