Comment: The gentlemen that cleaned two chairs that are 15 and 13 years old respectably and had never been cleaned. After he cleaned them, they looked like brand new - totally amazing. I have used Dalworth for carpet cleaning for at least 30 years, but this was my first furniture cleaning experience and would recommend Dalworth for any cleaning service,

Comment: A portable unit was needed and the online order system did not flag our order for a tech with a portable unit. We were taken care of and a tech with a portable unit was promptly sent but it would have been better if the online order system could address this at the time of ordering.

Comment: I had a time from for 1:00 - 3:pm, the service technician did not arrive until 3:00 on the dot. I would like to suggest when an appointment is made for a 1:00pm - 3:pm a courtesy call to the customer giving an estimated time of arrival would be appreciated. Thank you!
