Comment: Richard has cleaned my carpets for I think 13-14 years. He is totally awesome,professional , and thorough. When I move, he will still be my carpet cleaner. But it will be alot easier since the sick cats are gone. The last year and a half he has deserved a medal for being able to keep up with them. Because of my serious health issues the last two years it acerbated the problem. Thank you, Richard!!!

Comment: I had a fantastic result with my technician Randy Phillips. I asked his name so I can request him next time. He is very skilled and caring and got stains out that a Stanley Steemer tech only told me were permanent. Randy cared enough to give his best effort. My carpet now looks better than I thought it could.

These 2 m en were phenomenal. Highly experienced and very knowledgeable. Explained in detail many things from additional service and the condition of my carpet and how it may react. Comment: I thought we would get fans in all the rooms, as he went to the next room, but we only got the fan in living room for about 15or 20 min. There also were a few spots that were not cleaned at all, that we did not notice until he was gone, they were not big areas, I guess that is how we missed them.
