Comment: Mike did a great job; however he forgot to pre-vacuum on some upgrades, but he traded out some scrubbing for this. He also try to pressure my husband to get more that what he ordered, and my husband did not appreciate that but it ended okay.

Comment: As soon as you say the word bed, you get "can't move beds". Apparently that includes air number beds (they have air mattress and plastic frames) and hide a bed sodas. It appears to me that 2 person teams might be in order, if during the order entry process a queston might be how many beds or sofa beds are in the house?

Comment: Aaron was very professional and well informed. I felt he really knew what he was talking about and he went over all the details before starting work. I had very poor looking carpet and a couch that needed help in a big way. He and his helper did a thorough job and everything looked 100% better when finished. I did not get the feeling they were rushing through the job like with some other companies I have used. I felt they had pride in doing a great job and providing value for the customer.

Comment: Even w discount pricey for standard. Had to get 2nd tech when first overbooked and cancelled at last mon. 2nd texh came and did a good job. Just well after my appt time so I had to readjust my schedule to accomodatr.
