Comment: Pat our technician was one of the best workers I've ever had at the house. He explained everything in great detail, did everything I requested, and even had my 4 year old laughing at his stories while she looked over his shoulder while he worked (for the stretching part). He warned me some of the stains might be tough to remove, but then was able to get it nearly perfect! I was very happy.

They saved us from having to do a major home restoration by saving our walls. It would have been very costly and messy. We did have to change the carpets due to gray water. They did their job very well. Very professional!! All the personnel that came to our home were very attentive and friendly. They assigned a person to deal with the insurance who eased the process for us. It was a great experience dealing with them overall. We would definitely recommend them!! Description of Work: We had a toilet overflow so the division that attended this job was Dalworth Restoration. They inspected the affected areas for damage, which were carpets, baseboards and walls. They used big fans and De-humidifiers to dry these areas, and would come to monitor the damaged areas almost every day until the areas were completely dry. They saved us from having to do a major home restoration by saving our walls. It would have been very costly and messy. We did have to change the carpets due to gray water.
