Comment: Cullen was one of the best tech's I have ever had and I will request him in the future. He was running a little behind because he got caught in the pouring down rain, which is understandable, but he still got the job done and had an excellent attitude.

Comment: It wasn't as good as we thought it might be. There were some pet stains that had been there a week or two that didn't come all the way out. The technician said it might not come all the way out, and he worked really hard trying to get them out, but they didn't come out.

Comment: Every went perfect and I couldn't ask for better service. The tech was excellent all around.

Overall cleaning went well and looked good. However the technician noted that the carpets had heavy wear and were heavily stained and I disagree. They are in very good condition and the soiling was mainly just normal dirt from everyday walking. There were a few small stains that looked better initially but have returned since then. Description of Work: Carpets and baseboards cleaned in family room, master bedroom, and bath.
