Comment: technician left the front door open longer then expected, also I would ask that next time he wear booties n his shoes since he was walking on the hardwood while doing the carpet.

Comment: I was more than pleased with Chris & the look of the carpets. Although, I was disappointed in that TWO of your drying machines left dirty marks on the clean carpets. You need to check the bottom of these at each job. It was not good that I had to clean two dirty spots after having my carpets cleaned & paying over $250.

Comment: Service was for cleaning grout, not carpet. White tile looks amazing but darker tile wasn't as impressive.

The gentleman arrived well within the window agreed upon. He was professional and thorough Description of Work: Needed carpets cleaned throughout the house. Asked for the gold package to include baseboards etc. Also had tile cleaned in the kitchen

Everyone I talked to at Dalworth were professional and really did show customer service. I had my back againist the wall and needed to get the carpet cleaned ASAP. They fit me in and came out and did a fantastic job. Customer service is something that is typically lacking but they certainly renewed my faith. They went above and beyond and I am so thankful.

They were fantastic, I had to have a house inspection for an adoption. And another carpet cleaning company came at and were going to charge me $2,000 so I was panicing. I called Dalworth and they were able to get me in that day at a much, much better price. They went above and beyond for me and our soon to be family. Description of Work: I needed a last minute carpet cleaning of entire house

Comment: The carpet took much longer to dry than I thought . The areas that were darkened by tracking stayed wet the longest probably because he tried to clean more than once. Those areas seem to feel a little sticky upon feeling with your hand.
